Industry eRINs Support Letter to EPA Administrator

In this letter to EPA, ZETA and seven other industry groups urged the agency to finalize a framework for eRINs by June 2023. The letter came in the wake of press reports which indicated that EPA was considering excluding or separating eRINs from an upcoming Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) rulemaking. [Full Text Here]
