ZETA submitted these comments to the California Air Resources Board on its proposed amendments to the Advanced Clean Cars II program. ZETA's comments echo some of the feedback it provided to EPA in Summer 2023 on its then-proposed light-duty vehicle emissions standards as well as recommending CARB take steps to update the ACC II regulations to account for the forthcoming industry-wide adoption of NACS/J3400 charging connector types, among other items.
