Xcel Energy’s electric vehicle vision is to power 1.5 million EVs in the areas we serve by 2030. We’re committed to making electric transportation accessible to drivers, businesses and communities by not only providing the clean, affordable energy that fuels them but, importantly, helping our customers with programs designed to make the transition easier. When achieved, our EV vision is expected to result in $1 billion in annual customer fuel cost savings, 30 times more EVs on the road and about five million tons of carbon emission reductions from the transportation sector annually.
