Tess comes to the ZETA team with a wealth of expertise in the transportation sector. Prior to joining ZETA, Tess was a Senior Policy Analyst at Venable LLP, where she supported clients across the autonomous, connected, and electric mobility space. Tess provided government affairs and policy support to clients, including tracking relevant Congressional activity, analyzing federal and state legislation and regulatory developments, and monitoring regulatory activity at key U.S. departments and agencies to deliver timely updates and strategic analysis. Tess represented clients before the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, securing policy wins and building relationships for further collaboration. Tess holds a Master of Political Science degree, with a specialization in International Affairs and Global Justice, from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and International Affairs from Florida State University.
